• Quotes - We provide quotes usually within an hour!
  • Placing an order - Once you are ready to place your order, you may provide a PO or return the quote signed by an authorized staff member.  If paying by credit card, you will have that option once you receive your invoice.  
  • Proof Process - Once we have your order and imprint information, etc., we allow 3 - 5 days (depending on volume of proofs we are currently working on).  We will not submit your order until you have approved your proof.  Please note:  It is important to look over the entire proof and your responsibility to make any corrections.  Even though we are professional and strive to provide a correct proof (and it's very rare), but sometimes make a boo-boo! So please look very carefully before approving a proof.   We want your product to be perfect!!
  • Processing time - Processing time starts only after your proof has been approved.  Custom items usually take 5 - 7 business days.  Stock items usually ship within 3 business days.  This time does not include shipping time.
  • Invoicing - We only provide your invoice to you once your order has been shipped.  Even though you may not have received your order yet, we provide it to you, so you know it's on its way! 
  • You have received your product(s)!  Be sure to inspect your order as soon as you receive it.   We're confident that you will be pleased with your order!  However, in the event your order is incorrect, contact us immediately.  We want to make it correct and make you happy.  We cannot, however, re-run an order at no charge in the event that an incorrect proof was approved.
  • Shipping charges - Shipping charges apply to most orders.  As we do not have set charges, it is best to request a formal quote which includes shipping.
